Cancellations &
Reschedules
If you need to cancel, just call us at (818) 561-4099 at least 3 hours ahead. Your heads-up helps us offer that time to others. We get emergencies happen, and we're cool with that!
No Shows
Life happens and we understand, no worries! Just a quick heads up, if you're not able to let us know, then we might kindly request a $20 deposit next time. Thank you for understanding!
Late Arrivals
For scheduled appointments, there's a 15-minute grace period. If you'll be later, just give us a quick call at (818) 561-4099 to check if we can still do the full service. It helps us keep things smooth for everyone. Beyond 15 minutes, we might need to adjust the services or reschedule.
Refunds
If you have any concerns about your salon service, let us know within 3 days of your original appointment, and we'll make sure to address them. Once the service is complete we don't offer refunds.
Complimentary Repairs
Enhancements and gel polish are guaranteed for 5 days (excluding breakages). Free repairs within 5 days, schedule within 3 days for no charge. After 5 days or breakages without notice, repairs are $10+. Regular polish is not guaranteed but can be fixed within 48 hours if scheduled within 2 days.
Right to Refuse Service
Including but not limited to anyone with: 
  • Contagious nail conditions

  • Infected/open wounds in the treatment area

  • Ill/contagious health conditions

  • Displaying inappropriate behaviors towards our technicians or customers
